1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must:
    • Be in its original condition, unused, and unassembled.
    • Include all original packaging, parts, and accessories.
    • Have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
    • A defective item.
    • An incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect, along with your order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a processing fee, especially for items already in production or shipped.
